As a HR consultant I know I have a short time to make a big impact. I need to come in and quickly assess the current state of all the processes but also assess all the participants moods to see who is ready to make a change and who is happiest in the state they are in. It's a great feeling to be able to turn around a company so quickly and once I am done I notice that the employees morale is much higher. No one like working in a stressed out environment. I think we can always learn from other fields so I use this site to collect best practise from my industry and consultants in other fields. Enjoy.
